Mediation is a process not merely an event. Fees will vary depending upon complexity, subject matter, number of parties, preparation time and follow-up. For further information, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled, adjourned or postponed less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date 50% of the mediation fee, along with incurred disbursements, will be charged as a cancellation fee (whether rescheduled or not). If a booking is cancelled, adjourned or postponed with less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date the full mediation fee, along with incurred disbursements, will be charged as a cancellation fee (whether rescheduled or not).
Cancellation fees are due and payable immediately upon the cancellation, adjournment or postponement of the mediation. In the event that we are able to book another matter on the date that the mediation was scheduled to occur, we will refund the cancellation fee to the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed by all parties, the cancellation fees and disbursements will be divided equally amongst the parties.
