Susannah Margison is a lawyer and mediator known for her disciplined process leadership in complex, emotionally charged disputes.

She brings more than a decade of trial experience and nearly fifteen years of professional work in conflict resolution, advising parties where legal exposure, reputation, and human dynamics intersect. Her mediation style is pragmatic, structured, and forward-focused, with particular attention to decision-making under pressure.

Susannah's practice concentrates on professional negligence matters, including medical, hospital, and nursing malpractice; elder care and nursing home negligence; healthcare-related class actions; and institutional sexual abuse claims. She is frequently engaged in files marked by entrenched positions, heightened emotion, or trust breakdowns, and is valued for her ability to reframe risk, clarify options, and maintain momentum without inflaming conflict.

In addition to litigated matters, Susannah works with healthcare organizations on internal disputes that have not yet reached, and may never reach, litigation.
